用主成分分析法综合评价手术科室医疗工作质量

摘　　要：目的对某医院13个手术科室医疗工作质量进行综合评价,为相关科室提高运营能力提供参考,为医院手术科室管理提供决策依据。方法选取具有代表性的指标共18项,包括门诊人数、出院人数、手术例数、平均住院日、入院与出院诊断符合率、住院病死率等。进入该院信息管理系统搜集13个手术科室2014年的相关数据,利用SPSS20.0软件进行主成分分析。结果共提取5个主成分,第一主成分在较多的指标上有较大载荷。综合排名结果:心内科、泌尿外科和普外科是排名前三的科室,医疗工作质量较好,而眼科、肛肠科和耳鼻喉科是相对最差的三个科室,医疗技术水平存在不足。结论主成分分析法是一种较为理想的综合评价方法,应用在科室医疗管理中是可行的。Objective To comprehensively evaluate on medical quality of 13 surgical departments in a hospital,and provide a reference for the related departments to improve the operation ability, and to provide the decision-making basis for the surgical department management of the hospital. Methods 18 indexes of representative were chosen, including outpatient amount, the number of discharged, the number of surgical cases, the average hospitalization days, hospitalization and discharge diagnosis coincidence rate, the mortality rate etc. Select the relevant data of 13 surgical departments in the hospital information system. Principal component analysis was performed by using SPSS20.0 software. Results A total of 5 principal components were extracted; the first principal component had a larger load in more indexes. Department of cardiology, department of urology and department of general surgery were the best three departments in medical work quality, they are all the municipal key specialist,technical force is abundant; department of ophthalmology, department of anorectal and department of ENT were the worst three departments, they belong to the small departments relatively in the hospital, have some medical technology problems. Conclusion The principal component analysis is a kind of effective comprehensive evaluation method; it can be used in the actual management of the hospital.
