摘  要:目的分析新种海洋放线菌株Pseudonocardia sp.SCSIO 01299发酵代谢产物中的低极性组分,为充分利用海洋菌株资源提供依据。方法采用GC-MS法对菌株发酵液、菌丝体提取物分别进行分析。用面积归一化法确定各组分相对含量,根据质谱数据鉴定色谱峰对应化合物的结构。结果经GC-MS分析,发酵液中共检出39个成分,其中25个是发酵后产生的化合物(含烃类9个,酯类9个,脂肪酸3个,醇类、酮类、醛类和芳香类各1个);菌丝体提取物中共检出41个化合物(含空白培养基中未检出的化合物23个,酯类、烃类、脂肪酸、酮类、醛类分别为11、7、2、2、1个)。该新菌株所产生的低极性组分中含量较高的物质有:角鲨烯(8.86%)、双(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸二酯(8.55%)、二十烷(8.07%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯(8.01%)、五十四烷(5.28%)、三十二烷(4.86%)、9Z-十八烯酸(2.55%)等,均为首次从该菌中检出。结论该菌能产生结构丰富的化合物,有很大的研究价值。Objective To analyze low polarity metabolites from a new marine actinomycetes Pseudonocardia sp. SCSIO 01299, and to provide evidence of utilization. Methods With GC-MS method, extracts of fermentation and mycelium were analyzed respectively. The structures were identified with area normalization method, according to the mass spectrum data. Results Totally 39 ingredients were detected from fermented liquid, including 25 compounds produced after the fermentation: 9 hydrocarbons, 9 esters, 3 aliphatic-acid, 1 alcohol, 1 ketone, 1 aldehyde and 1 aromatic. 41 ingredients were detected from mycelium, including 23 compounds which were not found in the blank culture medium, with the numbers of esters, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, ketones, aldehydes were respectively 11, 7, 2, 2 and 1. The content of low polarity was: squalene(8.86%),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(8.55%),eicosane(8.07%), 3, 7, 11, 15-tetramethyl-2-cetene(8.01%),tetrapentacontane(5.28%),dotriacontane(4.86%), 9Z-octadecenoic acid(2.55%). Those compounds were found from this actinomycetes for the first time. Conclusion This strain can provide abundant compounds with great research value.
