摘 要:以某船用中速柴油机为仿真对象,利用AVL_Boost软件建立带有SCR反应器的整机模型,分析SCR反应器对柴油机性能影响。结果表明,在E3和D2工况下,SCR反应器所产生的压降随转速和负荷率的增大,呈线性化增大。加入SCR反应器对柴油机的经济性和动力性均有所降低,除E3额定况点外,其余工况点降低幅度均小于5%。通过对SCR反应器的仿真分析,可对该型柴油机SCR反应器的选型设计有一定指导意义。Taking a medium-speed marine diesel engine as a simulation object,establish a whole engine model coupled with and without the SCR catalytic converter by AVL_Boost to analyse and compare the performance brought from the SCR catalytic converter. The results showed that as the speed and load of the engine increases,the pressure drop of SCR catalyst converter increase proportionately on the E3 and D2 working conditions. In the comparative analysis of the diesel engine model with and without SCR catalyst converter,whose dynamic and economy perfomences were decreased and the value were less than 5%excepting the E3 mode 100% power condition point. The results can provide a reference for optimum design and type selection of SCR catalytic converters for the marine diesel engine.
