摘 要:提出了基于运算跨导放大器(OTA)和多端输出的电流控制第2代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs,简记为MOCCCII)电流模式多功能滤波器的新方法。该方法是将高阶通用电流模式滤波器的传递函数分解为n个无损积分器级联的形式,适当选定输入电流信号可同时实现低通、高通、带通、带阻等滤波功能,而电路内部结构及器件数目无需改变。与同类电路比较,设计简便,结构简单,无源元件全部接地,易于集成。该滤波器可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。给出了5阶滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。A new way to design n-order OTA and MOCCCII current-mode versatile filter was presented. This method was based on analyzing a transfer function of n-order generic current mode filter,and generating n number of realizable transfer function using lossless integrator. Selecting proper input current signal,low pass,high pass,band pass and band stop filters could be realized just by suitably choosing the external current signals while internal structure of circuit and amount of elements don't need to be changed. Compared with similar circuit,the filter has the advantages of simpler and more convenient design. The circuits were easy to be integrated for all grounded capacitors. The filter could be applied to signal processes of communication and electronic measure and instrument.The fifth-order filter was designed. PSPICE simulation result was consistent with the theoretical analysis,and verifies the feasibility of this method.
