摘 要:针对与2个不同温度热源同时接触的一维费曼棘齿制冷机模型,给出了稳态情况下随晶格能级高度、外力和热源温比等参数变化的制冷系数和制冷率。数值研究了这些参数对制冷机性能的影响,发现制冷系数远小于可逆卡诺制冷系数,并且制冷系数和制冷率曲线呈闭合状;外力优化可获得制冷机的最优工作区间。A one-dimensional Feynman ratchet refrigerator model that could simultaneously be in contact with two different reservoirs was studied. In a steady state,the coefficient of performance and the cooling rate depending on the parameters of the height of lattice energy,external force and temperature ratio of the reservoirs were given. In numerical simulations,the influence of these parameters on the performance of the refrigerator was shown. It was also found that the coefficient of performance was much smaller than the reversible Carnot value and the curve of the coefficient of performance versus the cooling rate was a loop-shaped one. The optimal working regions of the refrigerator were obtained by the external force optimized.
