摘　　要：本文将当前大学毕业生就业难、创业难的问题,结合本地区经济社会发展及人才需求情况,全方位分析其成因,并从实际出发为破解难题提出了实施校党委书记和校长双责任制、进一步加强就业市场建设、加强就业指导和日常服务工作的信息化建设、强化服务管理,不断提升就业服务水平、树立"全员参与就业,全体服务就业"的观念、加大就业指导力度、开展创业培训,以创业带动就业、坚持毕业生就业去向信息网上公示制度等解决办法。This paper analyzes the difficulties of employment and the hardships of starting a business of college students.Considering the regional economic and social development as well as the need for talents,we also investigate into the reasons behind it and raise some solutions to it.The dual responsibility of chairmen and secretaries of the CPC should be implemented.The employment market,employment guidance,daily service work,serving management and level should be further improved and constructed.We should establish the concept of＂all people＇s participation and service to employment＂.We should enhance the employment instruction and begin employment training.The publicizing system of employment on internet should be established.
