长江荆江河道整治60年回顾

摘　　要：对60年来长江中游荆江河道整治工程的实施过程、工程效果及主要经验作了简要综述。在分析三峡工程2003年6月初期蓄水运用后荆江河道演变特点的基础上,提出了近期实施荆江河道综合整治工程的建议。认为荆江河道综合整治的首要任务是继续实施河势控制工程,进一步稳定有利河势,防止河势向不利方向发展,同时对荆江大堤及沿江两岸干堤护岸工程进行加固;其次,对重点河段(上荆江枝城至杨家脑河段、上荆江涴市至沙市河段、上荆江观音寺至杨厂河段、上荆江藕池口顺直分流河段、下荆江河段)实施综合整治,并提出了具体的综合整治方案。The implementation process,engineering effects and main experiences of river channel harnessing project of Jingjiang reach,middle Yangtze River,in the past 60 years are summarized briefly. On the basis of analyzing the river channel evolution characteristics of Jingjiang reach after impoundment of Three Gorges Reservoir in June,2003,the suggestions on conducting the comprehensive harnessing projects to Jingjiang reach in the near future are put forward. It is believed that the most important task is to continue the river regime controlling projects,so as to maintain the present river regime or prevent it from deteriorating; meanwhile,Jingjiang levee and the bank protection works of the main dyke at both banks should be reinforced. The key reaches（Zhicheng to Yangjianao reach,Shawan to Shashi reach,Guanyinsi to Yangchanghe and straight diversion channel of Ouchikou in upper Jingjia River,lower Jingjiang River） should be regulated comprehensively. The detailed harnessing measures are provided.
