摘  要:简要叙述贵溪冶炼厂硫酸生产工艺中干吸工序不锈钢阳极保护浓硫酸管道在实际生产中的运用情况,主要介绍两套管道使用对比、管道腐蚀程度、腐蚀部位分析、日常漏酸处理等内容,查找管道腐蚀的各个原因,并通过对管道及负压管的配置等改进措施解决阳极保护控制系统电位波动大的问题,延长管道使用寿命,实现硫酸长周期安全稳定生产。Brief description on dry-absorption process in sulfuric acid production process and stainless steel anode protection of sulfuric acid pipeline application situation in the actual production operation in Guixi smelter; two contrasting piping compare, pipes corrosion degree, corrosion parts analysis, and daily leak acid treatment, etc was mainly introduced in this paper. And through the improve measures of pipes and vacuum tube allocation, the problem of anode protection control system configuration potential fluctuations were solved, the pipelines life was extended, long term and stable safety operation was also realized.
