摘　　要：艺人隐私权被侵犯的现象在我国长久存在,数量也在持续上升,侵犯的类型也呈现出多样化的色彩。为了逐渐消除这一不正常的现象,切实维护艺人的合法权益,为此应该扩张艺人隐私权的边界和范围,提升艺人隐私权保护的强度,加大艺人隐私权的保护力度。The phenomenon of artist privacy invasion has existed for a long time in our country. As the quantity continues rising,the type of violation also becomes varied. In order to gradually eliminate this abnormal phenomenon,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the artists,there should be an expansion on the boundary and scope of artist＇s privacy right,enhancing the strength and power of the artist＇s privacy right protection.
