从复旦投毒案看大学生如何正确处理人际关系问题

摘　　要：复旦投毒事件从一个侧面反映了大学生本我满足的膨胀、自我意识的缺位、道德社会化的迷失,因此要教育大学生正确处理人际关系问题,要学会换位思考避免心理暴力、隐性暴力,成为对他人的施暴者;还要树立正向、积极的人际观,建立合理的认知结构,在人际互动中能够准确定位,适时恰当地表达情绪,培养抗逆力。Fudan poisoning case reflects the expansion of the college students desire,the absence of self-awareness and the lost of moral socialization. Therefore,political and moral of higher education need to educate college students to handle the interpersonal relationship correctly and they must consider the feelings and needs and demands of others avoiding psychological and recessive violence.Also they must establish right philosophy and value of life,develop their correct interpersonal relationship,and try to build reasonable cognitive social structure. And they could pinpoint in interpersonal interaction,appropriate and timely expressing emotion,develop the resilience in their life.
