超声引导穿刺注射聚桂醇硬化治疗肾囊肿106例应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下使用聚桂醇硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床意义,旨进一步提高肾囊肿硬化治疗的效果和应用价值。方法:应用超声引导对106例(137个肾囊肿)使用聚桂醇进行肾囊肿的硬化治疗。结果:106例肾囊肿患者中,89例(103个囊肿)一次治愈;13例(27个囊肿)经两次治疗后治愈;2例(4个囊肿)经第三次治疗治愈;2例(3个囊肿)拒绝第3次治疗,但是3个囊肿已明显缩小。结论:使用聚桂醇硬化治疗肾囊肿安全有效,可以反复操作。Objective：To discuss the clinical significance of puncture injection lauromacrogol and sclerotherapy with ultra-sound guiding for cyst of kidney,and to sum up the experience. To improve the therapeutic effect and application value the for cyst of kidney. Methods：Through ultrasound guiding,106 cases（137pieces）were treated by sclerotherapy using lauromacrogol.Results：In all 106 cases with cyst of kidney,89 cases（103 pieces）were cured only once. 13 cases（27 pieces）were cured by two times. 2 cases（4 pieces）were cured by three times. 2 cases（3 pieces）refused to do the third times treatment,but their cysts became little than before. Conclusion：Using lauromacrogol to cure cyst of kidney is safety and effective,and it could be repeatedly.
