摘　　要：现代农业综合配套改革是为发展现代农业做出的一项重大战略部署。农业市场体系的建设与完善是农业综合配套改革的关键环节之一。完善的农业市场体系有利于农业现代化的实现,但是农业综合配套改革试验区的农业市场体系结构不合理,土地市场等要素市场发展缓慢,农户组织化程度低,市场无序竞争,严重阻碍了农业现代化的进程。完善农业市场体系结构,加快土地使用权流转、发展农民合作社、加强政府监管是现代农业综合配套改革的重要任务。Comprehensive supplementary reforms of modern agriculture are a strategic deployment for the development of agriculture. The establishment and improvement of an agricultural market system are one of the key links of comprehensive supplementary reforms. The improvement of the market system is conducive to realize agricultural modernization. However, the modernization process has been severely hindered as, in the pilot areas of the comprehensive reforms, the structure of agricultural market system is unreasonable, production factor markets such as the land market grow slowly, farmers are less organized, and the chaotic market competition. Four important tasks for the reforms include improving the structure of agricultural market system, accelerating the land transfer, developing farmers＇ cooperative,and intensifying government supervision.
