摘　　要：伴随着经济发展的全球化、智慧化和知识化不断加速,智慧产业、创意产业和知识型服务业正逐渐成为世界经济发展的新热点和经济发达地区关注的重点。智慧产业、创意产业、现代知识服务业主要通过聚集、整合、开发人才智慧、创意与人力资源,形成全新的价值及竞争优势。当前,广州智慧产业、创意产业、知识型服务业对人才需求特征呈现出人才需求总量大、企业类型多样,不同专业背景的人才需求比例差异大、对高层次人才需求量大等突出特点。根据这些特点,广州市需要首先解决人才总体的培养和成长环境问题。目前广州大多数高校培养的毕业生与智慧产业、创意产业、知识型服务产业的需求不相符,造成市场上企业的需求与高校培养的人才脱节的现象,因而要采取不同的人才战略。With globalized, intelligence and knowledge-based economic growth, intelligence-intensive industry, creative industry and knowledge-based service industry have become the new trend of world economic development and the focus of developed areas. The three industries create new value and competitive strength through gathering, integrating and developing intelligence, creativity and human resources. The total talent demand of the three industries in Guangzhou is large. Various enterprises of the industries require talent of different professional backgrounds in largely different proportions with most demands for high-level talents. Based on these characteristics,Guangzhou should first improve the environment for training talent. Colleges and universities in Guangzhou should make new training programs as most of them could not offer qualified graduates that meet the demand of the three industries.
