摘 要:文章以太湖蓝藻事件的回溯式调查资料为数据基础,用环境及食品安全感是否受到影响衡量个体的风险感知水平,用恐慌、焦虑、紧张、压抑4种负面情绪反映个体的负性心理,运用因子分析法及回归分析法实证研究了水环境突发公共事件下个体风险感知及负性心理的影响因素。研究发现:较强的政府危机处理能力会向个体传递正面信息,从而减轻人们对环境及食品安全的担忧;较高的文化程度、对水环境污染知识的了解、社会支持以及周围人的影响则会向个体传递负性信息,从而对个体的环境及食品安全感产生影响。但是,风险感知并不必然形成负性心理,个体的负性心理反应主要受从众效应的影响。This thesis is based on retrospective survey data about blue-green algae in Taihu Lake, on measuring individual' perception level of risk with individuals' attitudes towards environment security and food security, on measuring individuals' negative psychology with individuals' four kinds of negative emotions such as panic, anxiety, stress and depression. The paper uses factor analysis combined with regression analysis method to study empirically the impact factors of individual perception of risk and negative psychology under public emergencies of water environment. The research reveals that strong capability of government's crisis management passes positive information to individuals, which can reduce individuals' concerns of environment safety and food safety, while higher education level, knowledge of water environment pollution, social support and impacts of people around pass negative information to individuals, which has an impact on individuals' environment security and food security. However, the perception of risk does not necessarily produce negative psychology. Individuals' negative psychological reactions are mainly affected by emotions of people around.
