摘 要:为了实现FDM工艺技术的优化设计,本文提出了运用TRIZ理论对FDM工艺技术进行分析.通过对目前FDM工艺技术主要问题的描述,分析其目前存在的矛盾问题是成型精度和成型效率.将实际问题中需要解决的技术问题参数转化为一般标准化问题的两项工程参数.由于TRIZ理论中对不同问题具有不同解决理论并对其深入研究,并采用矛盾矩阵(Pro-Fechniques5.0软件)进行求解,得到能够解决矛盾并且可行的预作用原理,提出了FDM工艺技术优化设计方案.结果表明,将TRIZ理论应用到FDM工艺技术优化中,能有效地提高零件的成型精度和成型效率,这将在应用中有着重要的意义.The theory of TRIZ was put forward to analyze FDM technology in order to achieve the optimization design of the FDM tech- nique. Through the description of the major problems of FDM at present, the forming precision and forming efficiency were analyzed as the main contradictions existing in the process. The technical problem parameters need to be solved in practice were changed into two engineering parameters of the general standardization problem. As the analysis of different problems in TRIZ theory may have different solutions , its in-depth research was carried out, and contradiction matrix (Pro-TechniquesS. 0 software) was used to evaluate them, finally obtaining the contradictions-solving and practical principle. The optimizing design scheme of FDM was presented. Results show that the application of TRIZ theory to FDM optimization can effectively improves the forming precision and forming efficiency of the parts, which will have an important practical significance in engineering application.
