摘  要:本文以混凝土楼板上架空穹顶的钢结构安装工程为实例,具体分析了周边混凝土支承架空钢屋盖施工的限制条件,针对该工程中的两根大型斜向主钢梁的吊装进行施工方案设计,在周边已有的结构柱上安装桅杆,用人工吊拉使钢梁就位,并对施工期间的结构进行受力分析和强度验算.该方案的制定为以后此类大型钢梁在混凝土楼板限制条件下的安装提供了借鉴和参考.A specific scientific analysis on the combination restrictions of the concrete and steel roof structure construction was carried out using the steel dome installation above the concrete floor as an example. The oblique lifting of two large main steel beams for the project construction program was designed. A mast was installed on the existing structural columns supporting the steel beams. Two large main steel beams were placed on the existing structural columns by artificial hanging and pulling with chain connection and oblique lifting. And structural stress was analyzed and strength checking was conducted during the construction. The program on installation of such large-scale steel beams above the concrete floor may provide valuable reference to other projects.
