摘  要:本文介绍了用套芯棒卷圆工艺加工搭扣铰链的新方法,通过对两种预弯工艺进行对比分析,采用了较好的一种工艺,并对预弯模及卷圆模进行设计,最后详细阐述了其工作原理。所设计的模具动作灵活,定位准确、可靠,生产效率高,批量生产的搭扣铰链尺寸一致性好。A new method of using core shaft pipe bending techniq ue to manufacture a gewel hinge was introduced in this paper. Through a contrastive analysis of two pre-bending techniques,a relatively good technique was used,and the pre-bending mould and pipe-bending mould were designed. Finally,its working principles were described in detail.The designed mould runs flexibly,accurately and reliably and has a high production efficiency. The gewel hinge with mass production has good size consistency.
