摘 要:以汽车空调用涡旋压缩机为研究对象,针对其涡旋体采用铝合金材料的热膨胀特性,综合考虑存在着温度梯度的非均匀温度场以及气体压力等载荷条件,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对涡旋压缩机的涡旋体进行了应力与应变的模拟和研究。计算结果和涡旋压缩机耐久性试验均表明,非均匀温度场会导致涡旋体的涡旋壁产生较大应力与应变,其中涡旋壁的头部断裂故障发生的概率较大。研制的变基圆半径渐开线涡旋体,由于涡旋壁的整体高度降低,运行时可以减小其应力与变形程度,提高其工作可靠性和密封性能。Taking the automotive air conditioning scroll compressor as the research object,in view of the thermal expansion characteristics of aluminum alloy material adopted by vortex body,considering the uneven temperature field existing with temperature gradient,gas pressure and other load conditions,using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the scroll of scroll compressor was simulated and studied from the aspects of force and strain. The calculation results and durability test of scroll compressor both indicated that uneven temperature field will cause large stress and strain of the vortex body wall,in which head fracture failure of the vortex wall occurred with a large probability. The developed variable radius of base circle involute vortex body,because of the whole vortex wall height is reduced,the runtime can reduce the stress and deformation degree,improve the working reliability and sealing performance.
