摘 要:研究了硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)对陶瓷模具石膏凝结时间、抗折强度、溶蚀率、吸水率的影响,并采用SEMEDS及MIP测试技术对SAC作用机理进行分析。结果表明:SAC对石膏具有促凝作用;SAC增强效果非常显著,随着SAC掺量增加模具石膏抗折强度呈抛物线变化,最佳掺量为8%。SAC显著改善了石膏抵抗泥浆电解质溶蚀的性能。而吸水率则随着SAC掺量增加有小幅度降低。因此,为满足模具石膏综合性能,SAC最佳掺量为8%。此时硫铝酸盐水泥与石膏共同水化生成的针棒状DH与细针状AFt相互搭接交织生长形成网状结构,AH3凝胶及C-SH凝胶则紧密填充于网络结构晶隙间,进一步增加硬化体稳定性及密实性,改变硬化体孔径结构使孔径细化,降低其孔隙率,显著提高模具石膏强度、耐水性及耐溶蚀性。The effects of sulphoaluminate cement(SAC)on setting time,flexural strength,water absorption and corrosion rate of mold gypsum were studied,and the corresponding mechanisms were analyzed by SEM-EDS and MIP.The results showed that the setting time was slightly shortened by SAC,and flexural strength decreased as parabola by SAC increased.The 2hand dry flexural strength of the mold gypsum increased significantly and reached maximum at SAC dosage of 8%.The corrosion resistance was enhanced remarkably while water absorption was slightly reduced by the addition of SAC.Therefore,to meet the comprehensive properties of ceramic mold gypsum,the best content of SAC is 8%.Under this dosage,the DH and AFt which are produced by the addition of SAC are lapped to form a dense network structure,and the pore space is filled with C-S-H and AH3 densely,resulting in decreasements of porosity and average pore size of the gypsum,consequently strengthening its structure stability and compactibility.The macro-performance of strength,water resistance and corrosion resistance can be improved obviously,too.
