摘  要:柴油机工作时会产生大量黑烟,对环境和人体健康会产生极大的危害。针对废气对光具有吸收特性,论文提出了一种采用光强度来测量废气排放量的方案。该系统充分利用了C8051F340单片机功耗低及片内集成A/D转换电路的优势,使得该系统具有反应灵敏、精度高、成本低、操作简单等特点,可用来检测各种烟度。实验表明,检测精度达到±2%,符合国家的相关要求。Diesel engine can generate a huge mount of black smoke while working, which will do damage to our living environment and harm our health. In the paper light strength was used to measure the density of smoke. This smoke density detecting system is designed in accordance with the principle that fumes have light-absorbing ability. The system makes full use of the advantages of C8051F340 microcon- troller, such as low energy consumption, A/D transform etc. It is characterized with high sensitivity, high accuracy, low cost and user-friend- ly. It can also be used to detect other kinds of smoke density. Sample test shows that the detection accuracy is ± 2%, in agreement with the relevant requirements of the state.
