摘　　要：基于UG、Geomagic Studio数字化设计与制造,对其实施方案和操作流程进行了详细论述。以安全锤的逆向设计过程为例,提出了"由Geomagic Studio处理点云—特征曲线、曲面的建构,再由Rapidform整体构造产品曲面并利用UG仿真模拟输出程序到机床上加工出产品"的具体方案。研究结果表明,采用Geomagic Studio、Rapidform对产品进行逆向设计,大幅度缩短了新产品的设计开发周期,更具高效性和可行性,加速了产品开发、创新设计,利用UG模拟仿真输出程序提高加工制造的可靠性。The UG, Geomagic Studio based on digital design and manufacturing, on the implementation scheme and the operation process are discussed in detail. With the reverse design process safety hammer as an example, the proposed ＂ by the Geomagic Studio processing point of constructing the cloud characteristic curve, curved surface, and then by the concrete scheme of product Rapidform overall structure surface and output processing＂ . The research results show that using Geomagic Studio, Rapidform reverse design of products, greatly shorten the new product design and development cycle, more efficient and feasible, To accelerate the product development, creative design, the reliability of the simulation program of machining simulation output using UG.
