中医药专业大学生专业承诺的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医药专业大学生的专业承诺现状。方法采用《大学生专业承诺量表》对964名中医药专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果中医药专业大学生的专业承诺总体呈中上水平,其中规范承诺最高,理想承诺最低。女大学生的情感承诺和规范承诺水平显著高于男大学生;中医学、针灸推拿学专业学生的专业承诺水平显著高于中药学专业;低年级学生的专业承诺水平显著高于高年级;农村学生的理想承诺水平显著高于城市学生。结论应针对中医药专业的特点加强专业思想教育,提高中医药专业大学生的专业承诺水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of professional commitment of traditional Chinesemedicine undergraduates. Methods A test of professional commitment was carried out among 964 TCMundergraduates with the Professional Commitment of Undergraduates Scale. Results The female undergraduatesscored higher in the affective commitment and normative commitment than male students. Undergraduates majoringin TCM and acupuncture and massage scored higher in professional commitment than those majoring in Chinesepharmacy. Students of low grades scored higher in professional commitment than those of high grades.Undergraduates from the countryside scored higher in the ideal commitment than those from cities. Conclusion Weshould strengthen ideological education to improve the level of professional commitment of TCM undergraduates.
