摘　　要：根据电荷泵锁相环系统的传递函数,详细推导了2阶无源环路滤波器的设计参数,准确定义了自然频率、阻尼因子等相关设计参数,给出了相位裕度与阻尼因子的关系表。运用Matlab和Spectre进行联合仿真,结果验证了设计公式的准确性。Based on the transfer function of the CP-PLL＇s system,a derivation of the second-order passive loop filter was proposed in detail.An accurate definition of the relevant design parameters such as natural frequency,damping factor and other parameters was proposed,and the relationship between phase margin and damping factor was given in a table.The simulation results of Matlab and Spectre verified the accuracy of the design formulas.
