摘 要:目的分析影响胰体尾切除术后并发症发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析了78例行胰体尾切除术患者的临床资料,分析术后并发症的发生情况及其影响因素。结果术后24例(30.8%)患者出现术后并发症,其中死亡1例。术前空腹血糖水平、术中出血量和输血以及结扎主胰管与术后并发症的发生密切相关(P<0.05)。术前空腹血糖水平和结扎主胰管是胰体尾切除术后并发症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论为了降低胰体尾切除术后并发症的发生,应重视针对高危因素采取相应的预防措施。Objective To analyze the risk factors for postoperative complications of pancreatic body tail resection.Methods Clinic data of 78 patients underwent pancreatic body tail resection and the factors for the postoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 78 patients,the postoperative complications were observed in 24(30.8%)cases,of whom one case died.The occurrence of postoperative complications was closely associated with preoperative fasting glucose level,intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion and main pancreatic duct ligation(P〈0.05).Preoperative fasting glucose level and main pancreatic duct ligation were the independent risk factors for postoperative complications of pancreatic body tail resection(P〈0.05).Conclusion To reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,some corresponding preventive measures aiming at high-risk factors shoud be taken in the patients undergoing pancreatic body tail resection.
