摘　　要：目的探讨血清小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)水平对颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(CCA-IMT)的诊断价值。方法根据颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查结果将250例研究对象分为CCA-IMT增厚(A组,128例)和CCA-IMT正常(B组,122例)两组,采用多因素Logistic回归分析CCA-IMT增厚与其相关危险因素的关系,评价sdLDL-C筛选颈总动脉中内膜增厚的临床效果。结果 sdLDL-C是CCA-IMT增厚的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。sdLDL-C对CCA-IMT诊断的敏感性、特异性和阳性预测值分别为80%、79%和89%。结论sdLDL-C对CCA-IMT增厚有较高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the value of plasama small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（sdLDL-C）in the evaluation of common carotid artery intima-media thickness（CCA-IMT）.Methods Data of 250 subjects underwent B type ultrasonic examination were assigned into two groups of A（with increased CCA-IMT,128cases）and B（with normal CCA-IMT,122cases）.The correlation of sdLDL-C and the risk factors for CCA-IMT were analyzed.The value of plasama sdLDL-C in screening CCA-IMT was discussed.Results Plasma level of sdLDL-C was the important influencing factor of CCA-IMT（P〈0.05）.The sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value of sdLDL-C in the diagnosis of CCA-IMT were 80%,79% and 89%.Conclusion Plasma sdLDL-C is a valuable indicator in the diagonosis of CCA-IMT.
