摘　　要：尿液神经生长因子(NGF)是一种小分子量的分泌蛋白,可诱导特定神经元的分化和生长。尿液NGF主要由尿路上皮细胞和平滑肌分泌。随着对其研究的深入,学者们发现尿液NGF与膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)伴发的膀胱过度活动症(OAB)有着密不可分的关系,本文为此作一综述。Urinary NGF is a small-molecule secreted protein which could induce differentiation and growth of certain neui＇ons. Urinary NGF is released by urothelium and smooth muscle of bladder. With the deepening of the research on NGF, recent progresses find that there is an inseparable relationship between urinary NGF and BOO with OAB. We will make a review in this article.
