摘　　要：由卵巢早衰引起的排卵障碍性不孕发病率逐年增高,成为妇科疾病治疗研究的热点。闫平主任中医师在治疗本病中,认为肾虚是根本病机,血瘀是重要的病理产物,临床中灵活运用补肾调经法治疗排卵障碍性不孕,取得了显著疗效。并以典型病案1则以资证。Year by year, the incidence of ovulatory disorder infertility caused by premature ovarian failure has increased progressively, and it has been a hot point among gynecological disease. Professor Yan considers that the basic reason of the disease should be defi ciency of kidney, and blood stasis included.The method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation has been used flexibly by her. In this case, a women aged 26 suffered the disease was treated by professor Yan by using traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Finally, the patient was pregnant.
