廊坊市梅毒诊疗机构实验室现况调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析廊坊市梅毒诊疗机构检测能力和人员配置情况,为梅毒诊疗实验室的规范化建设、提高梅毒检测水平提供依据。方法对2013年廊坊市性病监测诊疗机构开展梅毒检测能力、方法、检测人员配置及培训信息的调查。结果调查廊坊市54家梅毒检测实验室,81.48%的实验室可以用RPR、TRUST方法进行非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清试验,24.07%的实验室具有使用TP-ELISA方法开展梅毒螺旋体抗原血清试验的能力,29.63%的实验室具有使用TPPA方法开展梅毒螺旋体抗原血清试验的能力,仅22.22%的实验室可以使用暗视野梅毒螺旋体检验法。从事梅毒检测人员本科及以上、大专、中专学历构成比分别为30.00%、40.00%、30.00%。2009-2013年参加国家级、省级、市级梅毒检测培训的比例分别为6.45%、41.94%、51.61%。结论需要加强梅毒实验室诊断能力建设,积极开展梅毒检测人员培训。Objective To analyze the syphilis detection capacity and personnel in Langfang city,for providing the information for raising the level of syphilis testing. Methods A total of 54 STD diagnosis and treatment monitoring agent detection capability for syphilis and test investigation of staffing and training information in Langfang city in 2013. Results Of the 54 syphilis detection laboratories,81. 48% can use RPR,TRUST methods for non-Treponemal pallidum antigen serological test,24. 07% can use TP-ELISA detection methods for Treponemal pallidum antigen serological test,29. 63 % can use TPPA detection methods for Treponemal pallidum antigen serological test,only 22. 22% of laboratories can use dark vision treponema pallidum test and silver dyeing and fluorescent dyeing methods. The percentages of bachelor,junior college,technical school academic levels of Syphilis testing personnel were 30%,40% and 30% respectivelyl. The percentages of receiving training of syphilis testing at national,provincial and municipal levels were 6. 45%,41. 94% and51. 61% respectively. Conclusions Need to strengthen the capacities of testing for syphilis laboratories and to training syphilis testing personnel actively.
