摘  要:目的掌握宁夏地氟病的流行现状与防治效果,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照《宁夏地方性氟中毒监测方案》要求,对宁夏盐池县等9个项目县27个自然村改水情况、水氟含量和8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况进行调查。结果监测结果显示27个村有22个已改水村、5个未改水村。22个改水村涉及18个改水工程,16.67%间歇运转、17.78%水氟含量超标;在未改水村,有60.00%村水氟含量在1.2 mg/L^2.0 mg/L之间,20.00%村水氟含量在2.0 mg/L^4.0 mg/L之间。对监测村8~12岁儿童进行氟斑牙患病情况监测,未改水村儿童氟斑牙检出率明显高于已改水村,差异有统计学意义,各年龄组儿童氟斑牙检出率差异有统计学意义。结论已改水工程中存在个别改水工程不能正常运转和水氟含量超标现象,未改水村儿童氟斑牙高于已改水村,改水措施有待加强。Objective Master fluorosis disease epidemic status and control effect in Ningxia,to provide a scientific basis for the development of control strategies. Methods Accordance with the requirements of Ningxia endemic fluorosis monitoring program,to investigate the water improvement,water fluoride content and the dental fluorosis prevalence of 8-12 year's old children on 9 project counties 27 villages in Yanchi county of Ningxia. Results Monitoring results show that 22 villages have been changed water out of 27 villages,5 unchanged.Change water in 22 villages involving 18 water projects,16. 67% of intermittent operation; 17. 78% water fluoride content exceeded; in the unchanged water village,there are 60. 0% of villages water fluoride content was between 1. 2mg / L-2. 0mg / L,there are 20. 0% villages water fluoride content between was 2. 0mg / L-4. 0mg / L. To monitor the aged 8-12 years old children dental fluorosis prevalence in monitoring villages,children dental fluorosis detection rate in unchanged water village was significantly higher than the changed,there was a significant statistically difference,there was a significant statistically difference of children dental fluorosis detection rate in each age group. Conclusions The phenomenon of individual water improvement projects can not operate normally and water fluoride content exceed exist in water improvement projects,children dental fluorosis in unchanged water village was higher than the changed,water improvement measures need to be strengthened.
