摘 要:糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最常见、最严重的并发症之一,也是导致成年人低视力和盲的主要原因。DR发病机制迄今尚未完全阐明,早期发现、早期治疗对延缓其进展至关重要,可使绝大多数患者保存有用的视力。为了更明确的了解DR的发生发展,已经研发出一系列实验动物模型。目前DR的动物模型包括药物或饮食诱导模型、自发性遗传性模型、胰腺部分切除模型、转基因动物模型四类。本综述从形态和功能等方面阐述现有的各种动物模型,对其优缺点进行讨论。Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is not only the most common and serious complication of diabetic(DM),but also the main reason of adults with low vision and blindness. DR pathogenesis having not yet been fully elucidated,early detection and treatment is crucial to slowdown its progress to make sure the majority of patients could save useful vision. In order to have a clearer understanding of the occurrence and development of DR,a series of animal models had been established. DR animal model included drugs or diet-induced model,spontaneous genetic model,partial pancreatectomy model,transgenic animal. In this review,we compared the existing animal models from morphological and functional aspects,and discussed its advantages and disadvantages. There is still no animal model that could exhibit all of the clinical features of DR in humans. Researchers should clearly understand the advantages and disadvantages of each animal model,basing on factors of research purposes,the experimental conditions,the strength and resources,and select the appropriate animal model to study.
