摘 要:为探讨术前谈话结合警示病例在骨科带教中的应用效果,将16名研究生随机分为实验组和对照组各8名。实验组学生旁听教师和患者术前谈话,教师针对术中并发症举警示病例进行带教:对照组教师仅讲解术中可能出现的并发症。两组学生复习相关知识后,对其进行口笔试检验。实验组在口试(如何避免并发症)和笔试(解剖知识掌握情况)中成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术前谈话结合警示病例在骨科带教中可有效提高教学效果。The aim of this study is to evaluate the application of pre-operatlve conservation and warning cases in the orthopedic teaching. Sixteen students were divided into two groups randomly. In the experimental group, 8 students sit in on the pre-operative conservation performed by the teacher. Then, the teacher explained the possible complication and gave some warning cases. In the control group, the teacher only taught them the possible complication. All the students in the two group were asked to review the relative knowledge and take in the oral and written examination respectively. Both of the score in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05) . Therefore, pre-operative conservation and warning cases may improve the outcome in the orthopedic teaching.
