摘　　要：Ibp A是小分子热激蛋白家族成员。Ibp A和Ibp B协同作用,与其他伴侣蛋白一起在热激反应中保护底物蛋白,消除凝集,产生重折叠,回复活性。概述了Ibp A在热激反应中的作用、ibp A基因表达的调控和Ibp A分子结构对其功能的影响。The IbpA protein belongs to the α-crystalline type small heat shock proteins（sHSP）. In this report, we described the functional characterization of IbpA protein in heat shock response, multiple layers of control expression of the ibpA gene, and the importance of the N- and C-terminal regions of IbpA for self-oligomerization and chaperone functions.
