红花注射液对兔小腿骨筋膜间隔综合征的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花注射液对兔小腿骨筋膜间隔综合征损伤的影响,为红花在创伤外科中的应用提供理论依据。方法:选用成年新西兰大白兔20只,随机分为动物模型注射红花注射液组和动物模型注射生理盐水组,每组10只。依次于实验前及松解后2,12,24,48,96h,松解后7,14d,分别进行大体观察以及血液中磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙二醛浓度和超氧化物歧化酶活力活性的测定;松解后14d小腿胫前肌的组织学观察,比较两组大白兔损伤后保护效果的差异。结果:松解后红花注射液组与生理盐水组比较,早期无明显统计学差异;96h后红花注射液组周径明显减小,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。14d取材后染色发现,红花注射液组HE染色观察胫前肌横截面优于生理盐水组。松解前后测量磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性均明显升高,术后24h达到峰值,与实验前比较有明显差异。丙二醛浓度在松解后12h开始两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:红花注射液可减轻小腿肌肉因过度压力造成的变性,降低局部过度的氧化还原反应,从而有效地减轻兔小腿骨筋膜间隔综合征的损伤。Objective：To explore the effect of safflower injection in rabbit with osteo-fascial compartment syndrome,to provide fundamental data for clinical applications.Methods：Twenty rabbits were adopted and divided into two groups randomly：group of safflower injection and group of saline.The total perimeter,muscular morphological changes and biochemical indices were observed in different time：pre-experiment,2hour,12 hours,24hours,48 hours,96hours,7days and14 days after releasing.And the differences between the two groups were compared.Results：In this study,group of safflower injection showed no differences from group of saline in the early time points.But after 96 hours,the perimeter of rabbits treated with safflower injections was less obviously.The HE staining of tibialis anterior showed that group of safflower injection was better than that of saline group.In the comparison of the biochemical indices of pre-experiment as well as rabbits treated with saline,there was statistic difference in the results of rabbits treated with safflower injection.Conclusion：Safflower injection could relieve the degeneration caused byoverload compression,and decrease the local excessive oxidative reduction reaction,which plays a positive role on the prophylaxis and treatment of osteo-Fascial compartment syndrome.
