鼻腔填塞与负压吸引在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较鼻腔填塞与封闭负压吸引术(VSD)在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的临床疗效。方法:67例鼻中隔偏曲患者随机分为鼻腔填塞组(n=32例)和VSD组(n=35例)。比较两组疗效、VAS评分、病情程度、黏膜水肿及鼻中隔并发症发生率。结果:VSD组治愈率及治疗总有效率均明显高于鼻腔堵塞组(P<0.05);VSD组术后12、24h VAS评分明显低于鼻腔堵塞组(P<0.05);与鼻腔堵塞组比较,VSD组术后12、24h轻度例数明显增多(P<0.05),而重度明显减少(P<0.05);VSD组黏膜水肿情况明显轻于鼻腔堵塞组(P<0.05),且鼻中隔并发症发生率明显低于鼻腔堵塞组(P<0.05)。结论:VSD可明显减轻患者痛苦,缩短术后黏膜恢复时间和降低术后并发症。Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect between nasal packing and vaccum sealing drainage（VSD）in the correction of nasal septum deviation.Methods：67patients with nasal septum deviation were randomly divided into the nasal packing group（n=32cases）and VSD group（n=35cases）.The curative effect,VAS score,severity,mucosal edema and nasal septum complication rate of two groups were compared.Results：The cure rate and total effective rate of VSD group were obviously higher than those of nasal packing group（P〈0.05）.The VAS scores of VSD group at 12 hand 24hafter the operation were significantly lower than those of nasal packing group（P〈0.05）.Compared with nasal packing group,the number of mild cases in VSD group increased at 12 hand 24hafter the operation（P〈0.05）,and severe cases decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.The mucosal edema of VSD group was significantly lighter than that of nasal packing group（P〈0.05）,and the rate of complications was significantly lower than that of nasal packing group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of VSD could significantly reduce the suffering of patients,shorten postoperative mucosal recovery time,and reduce the postoperative complications.
