摘  要:介绍了镁合金板材轧制时的润滑特点和作用,并对现有的镁合金板材轧制润滑剂的状况进行了分析。主要介绍一种新的镁合金板材量化轧制润滑技术,合理地设置了润滑油质点在辊面的附着位置,确定了界面润滑需要的油量以及适时分段的供油方法。轧制后的AZ31镁合金板材经过宏观观察,轧后辊面、板面光亮,辊面未发生黏附现象,满足轧制需求。The characteristics and functions of lubrication were introduced in rolling of magnesium alloy sheets. And the state of existing magnesium alloy sheet rolling lubricants was analyzed. A new quantitative rolling lubrication technology of the magnesium alloy sheet was mainly introduced. The attached position of lubrication oil particle on the roll surface was reasonably set. Boundary lubrication required oil quantity and supply method of timely segmentation were confirmed. Through macroscopic observation of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet after rolling, the surface of the roller and sheet is agleam and the surface of the roller is not sticky, which can meet the rolling requirement.
