摘 要:在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上,通过2次压缩实验研究了不同变形工艺下X65管线钢的软化行为,分析了变形温度、间隔时间、相对变形量等因素对静态再结晶行为的影响规律。结果表明当变形间隔停留时间为1~10 s时,在变形温度为1050℃时,软化比值达到81.3%,可认为是完全再结晶区;在变形温度为930℃时,软化比均低于30%,只产生了静态回复,没有静态再结晶行为。运用这些规律可以确定粗轧的终轧和精轧的开轧温度,并且能为分区控制轧制提供理论依据。The softening behavior of X65 pipeline steel under different deformation processes was researched on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine by two times compression test. The influences of deformation temperature, interval time, relative deformation and other factors on static recrystallization behavior were analyzed. The results show that when the deformation interval times is 1-10 s, and softening ratio is 81.3% at 1050~C, it can be considered complete recrystallization region; when softening ratio is less than 30% at 930~C deformation, it only produces the static recovery and has not static recrystallization behavior. Using these rules can determine the finish rolling temperature in rough rolling and beginning rolling temperature in finishing rolling. And it can provide a theoretical basis for the partition control rolling.
