摘 要:通过对比试验研究了热等静压对ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金阶梯型铸件的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热等静压可有效地消除铸件内部的缩松、缩孔缺陷,并可以将铸件中的气孔在一定程度上压实或压小;热等静压后,ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金铸件的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率都有一定程度的提高;热等静压处理状态与原始状态合金的拉伸断口形貌特征基本相同,断口都存在大量韧窝和撕裂棱,皆为典型的韧性断裂。The effects of hot isosfatic pressing (HIP) on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZLSi7Cu2Mg alloy ladder-type castings were studied through the contrast test. The results show that HIP process can efficiently eliminate the shrinkage porosity and shrinkage defects in castings, and can compact or compress pores in the casting to some extent; the tensile strength, yield strength and percentage elongation of ZLSi7Cu2Mg alloy castings are partly improved after HIP. Tensile fracture morphology of HIP is basically the same as the original state, including a large number of dimples and tear edges fracture, and both kinds of fracture modes are typical ductile fracture.
