一种粉煤灰铸造涂料悬浮剂的制备

摘　　要：通过实验制备了一种用于粉煤灰铸造涂料的悬浮剂,这种悬浮剂是由有机膨润土、锂基膨润土等原料制成的。然后把这种悬浮剂使用于骨料约占2%的粉煤灰铸造涂料,对涂料的各项性能(悬浮剂、高温抗裂性、粘度、涂层耐磨性等)进行了测试。结果表明,涂料的各项性能优异,所制备的悬浮剂可以用于粉煤灰铸造涂料。A kind of suspending agent for the fly-ash casting coating was prepared by experiment. This suspending agent is made of organobentonite, lithium base bentonite and other raw materials. Then,this suspending agent was used in the fly-ash casting coating, which was about 2% of the aggregate. The properties of the coating （suspension property, high-temperature cracking resistance, viscosity, coating wear resistance, etc.） were tested. The results show that the properties of the coating is excellent, which the prepared suspending agent can be used for fly ash casting coating.
