摘　　要：介绍了铸铁件的电弧冷焊修复工艺,针对如何避免裂纹的发生作了分析,并通过实践完善了电弧冷焊修复大型、复杂球墨铸铁件补焊工艺。The repair technology on iron casting parts was introduced by cold arc welding. The problems of how to avoid cracks in the welded seam was analyzed. At last, the cold arc welding technology for repairing big complex spheroidal graphite iron parts was finished by practice.
