摘  要:以散热器水室即封头与主片的搭接接头为研究对象,建立了三维有限元模型,对其在钎焊炉中的Nocolok钎剂钎焊过程进行了分析与模拟。同时,分析了散热器封头炉中钎焊的温度场,对比实测与模拟结果,验证了有限元模型的准确性,从而为后续的工艺改进提供一个有效的理论分析手段,达到节省实验成本的目的。通过模拟分析,确定了最佳工艺方案。A three-dimensional finite element model was established based on the overlap joint of the radiator head and main piece. The brazing process of the radiator head in the brazing furnace was analyzed. Meanwhile, the temperature field of the radiator head brazing in furnace was analyzed. From the comparison between the results of measured and simulated, the finite element simulation program was accurate, and the program could provide effective means for the theoretical analysis on the follow-up process improvements and save the cost of the experiment. The best parameters were obtained by simulation.
