摘　　要：糖尿病和冠心病之间存在密切的相关性,糖尿病患者冠心病发病率高、发病年龄提前、非典型临床表现多、预后差。其机制复杂,涉及糖基化终产物、蛋白激酶激活及氧化应激和炎症免疫等多个方面,了解其中的机制成为当前心血管和内分泌领域的研究热点,也能更好地预防糖尿病后冠心病的发生,改善其预后。Summary There is close correlation betweenⅡ type diabetes and coronary heart diseases.ManyⅡ type diabetes patients also have coronary heart disease,and the time of onset is becoming earlier than before.The clinical manifestations are usually atypical and prognosis is poor.The pathogenesis is complex,involving many aspects such as glycated end products,activation of protein kinase,oxidative stress.The research of exact pathogenesis is still the highlight in the fields of cardiology and endocrinology.
