摘　　要：建设以人为核心的新型城镇化,对于明确中国城镇化发展定位并推进其健康有序发展具有重要意义。以人的全面发展为中心的新型城镇化建设,有助于将保障和改善民生、促进经济社会可持续发展的潜力充分释放出来,为中国经济社会改革和转型增添正能量。坚持走中国特色新型城镇化发展道路,应积极推动以人的全面发展为中心的新型城镇化建设,重点是要坚持以人的全面发展为目标;实行优先投资于人的发展策略;促进公共服务投入效益最大化;走环保、循环、低碳绿色城镇化发展道路;推进城乡基本公共服务均等化。Building human-centered new urbanization has great significance for clear the position of China new urbanization and its healthy and orderly development. The new urbanization based on human comprehensive development is helpful for the development of social security and living standard, promote the sustainable economic and social development, give the positive energy for China＇s economic and social reform and transformation. Adhere to the path of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics, we should actively promote the human comprehensive development as the center of the new urbanization, the focus is to adhere to the human comprehensive development as the goal; the implementation of priority investment in human development strategies; promotion of public service investment to maximize efficiency; go green, recycling, low-carbon green urbanization development path; promoting urban and rural equalization of basic public services.
