摘 要:在高压共轨柴油机上,进行了高原地区和普通大气压力下燃用石化柴油和含30%生物柴油和石化柴油混合燃料的性能对比试验,分析了不同转速和不同负荷下燃料的动力性、经济性和排放性。研究结果表明,当大气压力从小变大时,2种燃料的动力性均呈上升趋势,有效燃油消耗率得到改善;在3 200 r/min和2 200 r/min的负荷特性下,小负荷时,2种燃料的燃油消耗率变化不明显,大负荷时,变化较明显;在整个负荷范围内,燃用生物柴油燃料的燃油消耗率较纯柴油要高;在高原地区,燃用生物柴油能有效降低炭烟的排放。The performances contrast experiments were carried out on a high pressure common rail diesel engine fueled with the petroleum diesel oil or blended fuel which contained 30% bio-diesel at the plateau section and the normal atmospheric pressure. The fuel dynamics, economy and emissions were analyzed under different speeds and different loads. The results show that the dynamic performance of two fuels are on the rise, and the specific fuel consumption rate is improved with the increase of the atmospheric pressure. In the condition of 3 200 r/min and 2 200 r/rain load characteristic,in a small load range, the change of two kinds of specific fuel consumption rate is not obvious, in a big load range, the chang is obvious. In the all loads, the specific fuel consumption rate of bio-diesel is higher than that of pure diesel. In plateau area, the bio- diesel can effectively reduce carbon smoke emission.
