摘　　要：日间手术已成为欧美的主流手术模式,但在我国尚处于起步阶段。在当前大力推广日间手术的过程中,关于日间手术的概念和范畴、日间手术与围手术期管理、日间手术与医疗技术、日间手术在医疗机构中的合理定位、日间手术与医疗支付改革等问题尚需进一步厘清,同时为更好地推广日间手术,相关的临床科研活动应有规划地逐步开展,以便形成我国日间手术规范。日间手术模式作为一种全新的围手术期管理模式,在如何规范该模式并实现可复制、可持续发展等方面,有赖于更深入地开展模式理论研究,进而不断规范、推广,以便更有效地服务于大众。Ambulatory surgery （AS） has become the mainstream operation model in Europe and the USA ,but is still in the early stage in China .In order to further promote AS ,some issues should be under discussion now ,such as the definition and category of AS ,the relationship between AS and perioperative management ,the relationship between AS and medical technology ,the positioning about AS in health care system ,the relationship between AS and health‐care reform .At the same time clinical research about AS should be planned and carried out step by step ,so as to form the specification of AS . AS is a new kind of perioperative management pattern ,in order to be more effectively serve the people ,more research is needed .
