摘  要:正念是对内部和外部不断出现的一连串刺激的不加评判的观察,是帮助个体活在当下的重要技术,使个体集中注意力于当下,不对过去经历沉思,也不对未来产生担忧,从而达到对个体情绪进行调节的效果。自20世纪80年代初被引入心理治疗和医学领域后,其临床应用和相关研究日益增多。正念禅修对情绪调节的有效功能已经得到了心理学界的广泛研究,本文对近几年正念禅修在焦虑抑郁情绪调节及其在不同群体中的应用进行了综述,以及探讨了其对于焦虑抑郁情绪调节的作用机制。Mindfulness involves intentionally bringing one’s attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment ,and is often a technology to help people live in the present ,which let individuals pay attention to the present moment instead of rumination on the past experiences and worrying about the future to reach its effect on emotion . Mindfulness meditation was introduced to psychological treatment and medicine area in the early 20th century 80s ,clinical application and related research is increasing .The effectiveness of it has been studied widely in psychological circles .The related literatures of recent years about the effects of mindfulness meditation on anxiety and depression ,its efficacy on different groups ,are viewed in this paper .We also refer to the mechanism of action of mindfulness .
