小儿腹部急诊手术切口感染影响因素及临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察和分析小儿腹部急诊手术切口感染的影响因素,提出相应的干预措施,减少小儿腹部切口感染。方法回顾性分析960例腹部急诊手术患儿的临床资料,将36例腹部急诊手术切口感染患儿设为感染组,924例未感染患儿设为未感染组,比较两组切口长度、备皮至手术时间、手术时间及切口类型等方面的差异。结果术后发生腹部切口感染者36例,感染率为3.75%,感染组患儿年龄(4.65±0.46)岁,切口长度(5.34±1.25)cm、备皮至手术时间(25.97±4.62)h、手术时间(153.97±25.26)min,未感染组分别为(6.36±1.08)岁、(4.26±0.23)cm、(22.85±4.21)h、(133.68±20.16)min,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、切口长度、备皮至手术时间、手术时间是影响小儿腹部切口发生感染的主要因素,针对感染影响因素采取合理的干预措施对预防及控制切口感染有重要意义。Objective To observe and analyze influence factors of incision infection in children abdominal emergency operation, and to provide targeted intervention measures to reduce children incision infection. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 960 children undergoing abdominal emergency operation. There were 36 children with incision infection in children abdominal emergency operation in the infection group, and 924 children without infection in the non-infection group. Comparisons were made on incision length, time from preserved skin to operation, operation time, and incision type. Results There were 36 cases with postoperative incision infection with the infection rate as 3.75%. The infection group had age as（4.65±0.46） years old, incision length as（5.34±1.25） cm, time from preserved skin to operation as（25.97±4.62） h, and operation time as（153.97±25.26） min. These in the non-infection group were（6.36±1.08） years old,（4.26±0.23） cm,（22.85±4.21） h, and（133.68±20.16） min. The difference between the two group had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Age, incision length, time from preserved skin to operation, and operation time are the main influence factors of children abdominal infection incision. Implement of rational intervention measures for infection influence factors can provide important significance for prevention and control of incision infection.
