慢性乙型肝炎患者的超声特点和病理结果的对照分析

摘　　要：目的分析对照肝功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎患者的超声特点并与病理结果对照,用以评价其准确性,最终为该病的准确治疗提供支持。方法 150例慢性乙型肝炎患者,在超声引导下行肝活检,对照分析其病理结果 ,反过来印证超声诊断的准确性。结果在所有入选的慢性乙型肝炎患者中轻度患者59例,中-重度患者71例,肝硬化患者20例。经过超声检查诊断,其中诊断正常12例,诊断阳性138例,敏感性为92%。其中轻度患者49例,中-重度患者61例,肝硬化28例。经过超声检查诊断正确130例患者,准确率达到87%。结论超声检查对慢性乙型肝炎患者正确率高,通过超声声像图能够较准确的评价患者的病情,在临床诊断中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze and compare the ultrasonic characteristics and pathological results of chronic hepatitis B patients with normal liver function, so as to evaluate its accuracy and to provide support for accurate treatment of the disease. Methods There were 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B receiving liver biopsy under ultrasonic guidance. Their pathological results were analyzed for verifying the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis. Results Among all the chosen chronic hepatitis B patients, there were 59 mild cases, 71 moderatesevere cases, and 20 liver cirrhosis cases. After ultrasonic examination, there were 12 diagnosed normal cases and 138 diagnosed positive cases, with the sensitivity as 92%. There were 49 mild cases, 61 moderate-severe cases, and 28 liver cirrhosis cases. After ultrasonic examination, there were 130 correct cases, with the accuracy rate as 87%. Conclusion Ultrasonic examination has high accuracy for patients with chronic hepatitis B, and the ultrasonic images can precisely evaluate patients＇ condition. It has important value in clinical diagnosis.
