摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺外伤的临床治疗效果。方法 56例胰腺外伤患者,均采用手术治疗,手术方式按照胰腺损伤程度展开,分析其临床治疗效果。结果治愈48例,2例好转后出院,死亡6例,平均住院时间(26.2±3.2)d,18例患者共有并发症36例次。结论胰腺外伤患者在治疗时需按照实际伤情予以合理手术方式,遵循损伤控制性手术治疗原则,合理预防并发症发生。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of pancreatic trauma. Methods A total of 56 patients with pancreatic trauma all underwent operation treatment by their pancreatic trauma degree, and their clinical curative effect was analyzed. Results There were 48 cured cases, 2 improved cases being discharged from hospital, and 6 death cases. The average hospital stay was（26.2±3.2） d. Complications occurred totally as 36 cases among 18 patients. Conclusion Rational operation should be given to pancreatic trauma patients according to their actual condition. Trauma-controlled operation is necessary for implement, so as to prevent complications.
