摘 要:水下钻孔与抽油一体化设备具有钻孔和抽油功能,在ROV的拖带和辅助下,能够实现钻孔、抽油作业一次完成。设备采用独立丝杠给进方式,实现钻孔作业过程中筒形刀的旋转动作不停、进给动作可控间断运行,有效防止切削铁丝卡阻刀头。通过装备有能够根据水文、海况进行调整的吸盘底座及锚固装置,提高水下作业效率和安全性。水下钻孔与抽油一体化设备是为实现水下钻孔、抽油无人化作业而研制的新型救助打捞作业设备。该套设备的成功研制,填补了国际空白,改变了传统的作业流程和模式,为救助、打捞作业走向深海奠定了基础。The underwater integration equipment for drilling and pumping has underwater drilling and pumping function. It can achieve the drilling and pumping work once completed by the towing and auxiliary of ROV. The equipment actualizes forward or backward operation by independent screw feeding mode,so the forward or backward movement can run interrupted controllably with the rotational operation uninterrupted during the operation process and effectively prevent the cutting wire blocking the cutter head.It can improve the underwater operation efficiency and safety,through the suction cup base and anchorage device equipment which can be adjusted according to the hydrology and state of the sea. The underwater integration equipment for drilling and pumping is a new type of rescue and salvage operation equipment for unmanned operation of underwater drilling and oil pumping. By successfully developed the complete set of equipment,it has filled the international gap,changed the traditional operation process and mode,and laid the foundations for the rescue and salvage to the deep sea.
