摘  要:目前交通船中绝大部分仍是柴油机船舶,柴油机船舶具有噪音大、污染环境、效率低下等缺点,不符合环保节能的要求,应该大力推广基于蓄电池供电方式的小型船舶。无刷直流电机与永磁同步电机相比,在功率相同情况下,输出转矩更大但输出脉动也会更大。无刷直流电机不仅控制简单、故障率低,而且成本低廉,输出脉动可以得到抑制,完全可以作为小型短途船舶的推进电机。本文根据小型船舶特点,提出一种以DSP为核心的永磁磁无刷直流推进电机控制器设计方案。At present,most of the traffic boats are still diesel ship,which have shortcomings including making large noise,polluting the environment and low work efficiency and can not meet the requirements of environment protection and energy saving. So,small battery- powered ships deserve to be vigorously promoted. Compared with permanent magnet synchronous motors,brushless DC motor can output greater torque but greater ripple in the same power. Because the control system of brushless DC motor is more simple,have low failure rate and low cost and the output ripple can be suppressed,it can be used propulsion motor of a small ship in the short distance. Based on the characteristics of small ships,this paper promote a kind of design about permanent magnet brushless DC propulsion motor controller using DSP as the core.
